A rare and distinctive wine, the result of “white” vinification of Xinomavro — with no contact between the must and the skins. Chronos Blanc de Noir captures the elegance and aromatic finesse of the variety in a truly unique expression. Fermentation takes place at low, controlled temperatures (12–16°C), preserving freshness and aromatic clarity. The wine is then aged for a total of 10 months in French and American oak barrels, with 3 months of lees contact and gentle stirring, giving it depth, texture, and subtle oak character.
