WHO WE ARE

Our story begins in 2016, in the heart of Northern Greece, when two brothers, Konstantinos and Spiros Argyrakis, decided that wine wasn’t just a drink but a way of life. They didn’t inherit a winery they built one from scratch. And somewhere between barrels, vineyards, and blueprints, somewhere between barrels, vineyards, and blueprints, they managed something rare to pay their home’s electricity bill from it.

Konstantinos

Konstantinos is the wine guy.

A trained oenologist with an experimental mindset, he’s been obsessed with one grape and one grape only: Xinomavro.

He doesn’t just vinify it he interprets it. Vintage after vintage, he explores new ways to express its elegance, its raw power, and its unmistakable character.

Spiros

Spiros, on the other hand, is the engineer behind the winery.

A civil engineer with a passion for sustainability, he designed and constructed a fully bioclimatic facility in the Naoussa region.

The building operates entirely on clean energy and produces zero carbon emissions, embodying our commitment to a greener future.

TOGETHER

Our 5 hectare vineyard lies in Trilofos, within the PDO Naoussa zone, and is planted exclusively with 40 year old Xinomavro vines. These old vines yield grapes with depth, tension, and the kind of personality you simply can’t fabricate.

our family story

All began in Smyrna, in the early 20th century. Georgios Argyrakis, a horse trader with a love for the land, made his own wine on the family estate. After the Great Fire of 1922, the family resettled in Thessaloniki, carrying memory and resilience with them.
In 1997, Giorgos Argyrakis his grandson made his first wine. No labels, no business plan. Just barrels, friends, and a quiet commitment to something deeper. It was the year a seed was planted οf craft, care, and possibility.

In 2016, that seed became a winery. We built our Bioclimatic Winery not just to make wine, but to carry a legacy forward one that began with horses, survived fire, and found its voice in the vines.

01. Figurine

In ancient Greece, the horse was a symbol of wealth and prestige. It was a key element of a thriving economy and an integral part of warfare. Numerous horse figurines have been found in sanctuaries, where they were offered to the gods as votive gifts symbols of strength, victory, and divine favor.

02. Smyrna

The story begins back in Smyrna, where our family estate first blended a deep love for horses with the art of winemaking.

03. Historically

In 1997, Giorgos Argyrakis the grandson, crafted his first wine. No labels, no business plan. Just a few barrels, good friends, and an unspoken devotion to something genuine. That was the year a seed was planted one of craftsmanship, patience, and quiet ambition.
