Mount Vermio is more than a skyline; it is our silent partner.
It casts shade in the hottest hours, delivers night-time cool, and regulates the pace at which our grapes ripen. From this deep coexistence comes balance—and with it, our identity.
Vermio is the true metronome.
Each evening a cool current flows down from its forests, sweeping the vineyard. This night-time freshness slows ripening, lengthens the growing season, and lifts acidity and aroma intensity.
Large diurnal swings between day and night lock in structure, freshness, and longevity—grapes of complexity, balance, and a voice that could come from nowhere else.
OUR VINES – We farm 5 hectares (50 stremma) at 110–150 m elevation, planted exclusively to Xinomavro—the variety that best expresses the tension, texture, and aging power of the Naoussa PDO.
